In 2018, we announced we聽would offer fully-funded CPD opportunities to 1,300 成人直播, enabled by investment from the Department for Education.

The IES鈥檚 independent evaluation of the training, commissioned by The 成人直播 & 成人直播, has found that the training was both well-received and had a positive impact. The report found that:

• 成人直播 said the training cemented their learning and helped them to identify actions to improve practice
• 成人直播 leaders said the training helped them develop a new strategic careers or to revise a pre-existing one
• 92% of 成人直播 agreed that they had become more effective as a result of the training
• 96% agreed that it helped them to identify actions to improve their practice
• 84% said that as a result their institution made better progress towards the Gatsby Benchmarks
• 91% of 成人直播 were satisfied or very satisfied with the training
